The 9900 replaces MRC’s 6200 (AA222) with a complete revamp and new circuitry. The 9900 will be more efficient and operate at a cooler temperature. Rated at 80 watts v/s the 6200’s 60 watts the new design provides much more power.(4.5 amps normal, 5.5 amps peak) The 9900 has a mode switch to increase the voltage from smaller scales, making it perfect for G gauge locomotives. The 9900 will also offer an optional walkaround control as well. Please note, does not have A/C terminals for accessories.
