This supersized off-road pickup truck lives up to its name. Attention-grabbing details include working lights that shine steadily or flash, oversize all terrain tires, and a raised chassis. Buttons on the cab roof activate two engine sounds, a horn, and flashers. Then, there's the high-powered cargo: two heavy-duty twin-engine motorcycles with working lights, friction motors, and dangerously cool detailing, including chrome handlebars, speedometers and race-ready suited riders.
We recently purchased an estate of G scale model trains and included was a collection of Hess Trucks. While there is not a particular scale associated with this brand, they are a highly collectible item and if not purchasing to collect, some would actually fit well as scenery items on a model train or slot car layout.
All HESS trucks we have listed on our site are “New Old Stock†meaning that they include all original packaging and literature, and the item shows no evidence of ever being run or used beyond storage. New Old Stock packaging will usually show signs of shelf storage, but the contents will be in excellent condition. All of our HESS truck boxes have been opened in order to inspect for any corroded battery compartments in both the main vehicles as well as any secondary or accessory vehicles which may be part of the HESS product.
