PIKO 37244 DRG II BR050 Steam Loco w/Lights, Sound and Smoke With the new development of the class 50.35 steam locomotive, PIKO fulfills a frequently expressed wish of many garden railroad enthusiasts from East and West. The lovingly realized model in the matching version with skylight on the driver´s cab features finest painting and printing as well as a finely detailed overall appearance corresponding to the prototype. The machine also impresses with its robustness, precisely manufactured chrome-plated wheel sets and a very safe power take-off from the track. Many extra details, e.g. wind deflectors, sand pipes, license plates and steam whistles underline the noble character of the locomotive. The 50.35 has high tractive effort and excellent driving characteristics. The PIKO model is supplied with direction of travel-dependent light change (white/white) and is designed for and is prepared for easy installation of a digital decoder and sound with a large speaker.
