This is a "Built up" model, it comes fully assembled.
The classic wooden Water Tower is a necessary companion to any small
train station such as the Red River Train Station (#62228) or Green
River Train Station (#62700). The thirsty steam loco can have their
tender filled from the tower via the movable spout. The tank actually
holds liquid and dispenses it through the spout.
